It was enlightening. I explored some aspects in me wasn’t aware of, also it provided me with some ways to look at deep issues to handle. The feeling I had after the end of session was the most memorable and enjoyable part of the whole process. During the session I felt some rush emotions however at the end of it was relieved and worth it.
