What's your DRIVE?
A passing colleague asked a question, glancing at me moving from subject to
another-
What drives you to work this hard ??
Well, my usual easy answer was - you know, it's a nice place and I like to give
my 100%.
On reflection, as an enterprenuer working on their dream - the drive is the
dream, their passion and cause potentially.
but as an employee- what's my drive ?
it is someone's DREAM
it is someone's CAUSE
it is someone's PASSION
what's in it for ME??
RESPECT when I interact
SPACE when I work
FUN where I spend 10 hrs
TRANSPERANCY in information sharing
BELIEVE - in cause, dream, self and organization.
