Arabian Horse or Donkey ? What are you paid for?
I
am reflecting on a discussion with my mentor, goal for our discussion was
" charging for service at its value". As a metaphor, if an
organization wants to win race, it aspires to put on track pure breed Arabian
horses, then it cant pay them /buy them at the price of a donkey. There is a
price, for elegance, speed, muscle strength and contribution to its success.
